How to know what quality of socket is better?
1. The first step is checking the size. 2. Then tested the Concentricity. 3. Check the hardness and torque. Our Production Process： 1. CNC Lathes - Skiving what we want ● Using automatic CNC to make sure the every single product is concentricity. ● Using "Go & No Go Gauges" to comfirm the size is correct. 2. Polishing - to make sure deburr and smooth 3. Heat Treatment - to control the hardness ● to test the hardness by Rockwell Hardness tester. 4. Surface Treatment - to make it beautiful ● Destructive Testing to know products torque and limit. ● Surface checking. 5. Finished products ● Using vernier caliper and "Go & No Go Gauges" to do the final check the size. |
